2014 Big Bear - Overnight March 15-16

DAY ONE-
 
Jacoby Canyon: Rated Moderate, any stock Land Rover can run this trail with ease.
 
Gold Mountain: Rated Difficult, any stock Land Rover with side steps removed can run this trail, but vehicle damage is a possibility.
 
Van Dusen: Rated Easy, this is a scenic grated dirt road. Any 2wd vehicle can run this road.
 
Lunch: Lucky Baldwin Mine around Noon
 
Once all three trails are completed, we will make camp at Holcomb Valley Campground. There is not any water at this campground so pack it. Vault toilets are provided. There are 19 sites and they are first come first serve, no reservations.
 
 
Day Two-
 
We roll at 9:30am with or without you. We have a lot of ground to cover and the trails have more bite to them.
 
Holcomb Creek: Rated Difficult, vehicle damage is possible, extra ground clearance and or rock sliders are recomended.
 
Dishpan Springs: Rated Difficult, vehicle damage is possible, extra ground clearance and or rock sliders are recomended.
 
Lunch: On Holcomb Creek or just after completion.

Full tank of Gas at the trail head
