Info on truck
Number 250 out of 500. I am the third owner.
The truck started out in Texas. I have the original receipt from the Range Rover dealer as they were known in Jan of 93 in Texas. After a short amount of time the owner’s daughter brought the truck to Los Angeles. In Los Angeles the truck was serviced at Hornburg Land Rover until 2001. I have most if not all of the receipts for the service. After that it was sold to the second owner in 2001 who eventually sold it to me in Feb of 09. I have all of the second owner’s receipts for service as well.
This is all the following I have done since it became mine:
Replaced all outer bolts with MUDUK stainless
Replaced the old rusted out hinges with takeoff hinges from a white 2008 Defender. New style hinges don't get the rust bleeds
Ripped out the carpet and replaced with new style rubber td5 floor throughout (seatbox cover, floor, tunnel cover)
Rubber floor mats through out – Front , middle, and heavy duty one in the back. All genuine.
Replaced rear carpet it area with a special land rover mat only made in Brazil. It covers everything. I am not sure why but these rubber mats were only made for Brazil. They are super hard to get and basically took me six months to obtain.
Installed Trailhead 4x4 stainless oil cooler lines
Replaced outer right tierod end
Replaced foam in front seats.
Refilled swivel housings with grease instead of oi

The truck is very solid and the frame is rust free. It needs some cosmetics to bring it up to what I would like it to be. That includes some dent removal on doors, fixing a rear dent that was not fixed correctly by the previous owner who used the dealer's body shop and a good detailing, and some touch up painting.
