I am leaving about noon and should be there about 3 or so. Not sure I will camp but I am bringing my camping gear. Here is my cell 310-953-7246 in case someone is coming up early. Cheers

Definitely a Fun Trail to try and get again.

Started out with 8 Trucks and a great group of people!
Bummed that some of the built up trucks had some failures that prevented them from continuing.
- Even though I am not mechanically inclined - It was great to see the guys that were be able to attempt/make trail repairs or change tires at a rapid pace!

Finished Day one with 5 Trucks - 6th one stayed back and ferried trucks

Weather was great - and the trail that we were able to do wasn't bad - not easy due to steep inclines and loose, decomposed granite and shale but not too bad! Even my Disco with no CDL was able to spit rocks and keep going.

Thanks again Jake!

(Also great dinner)

Definitely a "Must Do Again" trip. I had fun with what little portion of the trail I was able to do and the challenge of getting my Rover back in commission. Looking at the bright side - it is a learning experience on what tools to bring and fixing things while thinking outside the box. A special thanks to Jake and Chris for coming back day 2 to make sure I was back on 4 wheels off the trail.
