Yeap, I ran it last weekend. It was the easiest I've ever seen it. So easy in fact, that I took very few photos of the actual Gulch. I disagree with the trail rating of 7. It is not a very difficult trail. There are no specific obstacles that are very hard to overcome, it's just one long continuous study in concentration and precision driving. The Exit hill is very challenging though. There is ample evidence that most people continue on through to Opal Canyon, though this area is technically closed (on the map). We asked the Ranger that unlocked the gate for us about the extension through to Opal, and she said, "Sure, that's what most people do. Just stay on the trail."
The water crossing is non-existent. Hasn't been water in the hole for over a year now. My group continued on down Opal Canyon to Last Chance and played on the V-notch. Photos here:
