Well, After watching the news this morning, seeing that rain is expected this weekend, I have to concider the possability of being rained out. The trails in the desert can become very dangerous under rainy conditions. Not to mention that it puts a serios damper on the camping comeradery.
I'm hopeing that the forcast will call for a low chance.
Please keep an eye on this thread, and hopefully I will see everyone this weekend.

The weather service is calling for heavy rain on Saturday. At this point I would have to say that it may need to be posponed.
The fallowing weekend is free on the calendar. March 6-7
I know that it takes some advance planning for most everybody to be able to attend these trips and I do appologize. I wouldn't want to get out there just to have the parks services close the trails on us due to possible flood conditions.
Hopefully everyone will be able to attend if it does come down to slideing it a week.
I will make the final decition tomarrow late in the day.

I'm ok with moving the trip to next week-end just let us know as soon as possible so we can make changes for this coming week-end.....

60% chance on saturday of up to 1/2" of rain, kinda like last saturday's forecast, but you never know. I have other obligations for the following weekend so can't make it then
