    A new feature has been added to the SCLR web site that we hope will be a welcomed improvement to members. The growth of the club has increased our volunteers' workload for recordkeeping and member communications. In an effort to allow volunteers more time to plan club trips and other membership benefits, we are asking you to maintain your own membership information via a new, password protected area that we call "The Clubhouse."

    You can login to The Clubhouse via the web site home page at http://www.sclr.org using your membership number and password. Click here if you forgot or don't have your password.

    By keeping your membership information current via The Clubhouse's easy-to-use interface, you'll be helping us keep you better informed about the SCLR and its events. Within The Clubhouse, you'll find:

1. A link to view and change your membership information, including email address, Rover info, emergency contacts, and communications preferences. Here you also control whether or not you wish to appear on the members-only Membership Directory and Activities Roster. We also present your membership status, including a renewal reminder, and a list of years for which dues have been paid.

2. A Calendar area and an RSVP Manager helps you and our trip leaders to be more organized and will assist with planning upcoming trips. Now, when you complete an RSVP form from the club Calendar page, your RSVP is saved in your RSVP Manager for you to revise or cancel. Trip leaders have immediate access to their trip's RSVP list, including an emergency contact list, and an interface to easily broadcast email updates to those who have RSVP'ed.

3. A Member area with links to club resources, including the opt-in Membership Directory and Activities Roster. The Activities Roster can assist you in contacting other club members with an interest in similar activities so that members can organize their own, speciality trips.

4. Administrative users have access to a number of features, including the Trip Manager, which easily allows to edit and add trips and events to the club Calendar. Also available for administrative users are club membership statistics, reports of paid, unpaid and all members, and an email broadcast utility to make communicating with members easier.
