Our day starts at the Stoves restaurant for their specialty, "Sunrise Skillet." This is followed by a beautiful jaunt into the Eastern Sierras to Lawrel Lakes, an old mining road that will spin your tires, but NOT your Heart. Then its off to Inyo Crator. Itıs a nice hike on foot, but worth the look. Then grab your swim attire as we set out for the famous Hot Springs. A group dinner will be planned at a local eatery.

Sunday, July 4, 2004 1200 Noon

Day 2
begins at the Mammoth visitor Center/ Ranger Station (760) 924-5500

Don't be late (909) 268-3254 as we have to decorate the Land Rovers for the 4th of July Parade! Bring your flags and Crepe paper. We will be the guests of the Eastern Sierra off-roaders. Next will be lunch at Gomez Beanery, then off to the wild for some off road action. Finally, we will Off-road to an advantageous outlook to watch the Fireworks and quench our thirsts! A group BBQ is planned. Please bring your own item for the BBQ.

Pack up and on the way out of town stop at the fish hatchery or put your beast on "Cruise" and enjoy the scenery as you return with dirt in your teeth and wrinkles from smiling all weekend.
